In May 22 and 23, partners from Agile2Learn project met in Prague, welcomed by EPMA. The consortium summarized the recent development of the project, mainly the end of the pilot training and its finalization, the development of the Communities of Practice, coming dissemination activities and further exploitation of the project.
The meeting focused deeply on the pilot training evaluation, the partners shared their view of the efficiency of the training, the involvement of the teachers in training, the end date of the course and the further steps for the evaluation of the pilot training and finalization of the training content.
Communities of Practice platform has been populated already to a certain extend and is becoming an interesting source to find/share the experience of applying the agile principles into education. The consortium was developing further strategy for attracting more users and interested stakeholders.
With regards to Dissemination activities, the preparation of the national multiplier events was shared. The partners identified some events where the project will be promoted. Also, the program of the international multiplier event in Larissa, Greece was shared and developed. The partners are planning to bring one or two of the most motivated trainees and give them space to present their experience, their projects they developed within the classes with their students while using agile methods and the Agile2Learn course knowledge gained during the blended learning phase.
As the end of the course approaches, the Exploitation Guide and Exploitation tools are becoming the focus point in order to support the use of the main project results after the end of the project and to facilitate their use. The consortium agreed on creation of 3 main Exploitation tools.
Overall, the 4th meeting in Prague was a success, very important for progress with finalization of the training course and other main project results and for the preparation for closure of the project.
