On October 27 and 28, partners of Agile2Learn project met in Naples, welcomed by Consorzio Ro.Ma. During the 2 days meeting, partners had the opportunity to brief project objectives achieved and activities carried out, then facing all the upcoming project phases, focusing on the “Train the Trainer” event in Patras, the Community of Practices platform, and the last details for the delivery of the training course.
The meeting aimed to untie the crucial knots and share points of view on how to design upcoming phases, thus obtaining a clear and common vision ono project milestones.
During the meeting, many topics were discussed, and the first day opened with a warm welcome by Consorzio Ro.Ma. in a typical Neapolitan location, also reflecting the Agile principles promoted by the project. Afterwards, a brief overview on results developed was led by EPMA, highlighting the Curriculum developed by UTH with the integration of the feedback sessions organized at local level. With regards to this topic, a meeting was set up to share among partners all the detailed feedback collected, as a first and crucial step to delivering the training course and the Curriculum at their best.
Going into detail about the planning of upcoming activities, project partners addressed Management, Dissemination, and Training Course contents topics.
With regards to Dissemination activities, a sharp vision was shared. The responsibility of increasing A2L social media visibility will be spread among partners, each of which will be responsible for the development of A2L social profile in different platforms, according to the most popular one in each country.
Of greater importance is the finalization of the course contents, led by Helliwood, which focused on a detailed review of the work progress, providing the working plan to ensure the delivery of the training course by the 28th of November. Deepening this topic, partners had the opportunity to set and clarify important training course requirements, like the amount of mandatory learning module, the number of eligible competences that participants can themselves choose to develop. The training course will be delivered in 3 phases, with the first two as mandatory and the third one as eligible, providing the course with great flexibility as a value. Also, a certain level of agreement was reached about the provision of course participants' certificates for attending and/or completing the course.
As the final topic covered by the meeting, the development of the Community of Practices platform kept alive the creativity of partners, agreeing on some features the platform should have (e.g., participants should be able to contact each other without the support of the project partners) as a matter of communication, interaction, and interconnection.
Overall, the 3rd meeting in Naples was a success, especially for the progress in the development of the online platform, and the final remarks on the training course, necessary to guide all partners to effectively deliver the second project results, as well as project agile goals.
